For new participating (in active duty) parents. Note that parents are responsible for all costs associated with obtaining a Police Vulnerable Sector Check, proof of immunization, and Standard First Aid certification.

Monthly Tuition Fees

For example: For a (non-participating parent’s) child attending 3 mornings and 2 afternoons each week, monthly tuition fees would be would be $239.25 ($143.55 plus $95.70).

Payments: Payments by E-MAIL MONEY TRANSFER (forwarded to wlcns@hotmail.com) are preferred. The registration fee is waived, and last month’s tuition, is due at the time of registration (and may be included with the first tuition payment if timing is reasonable). Tuition fees are due monthly, by the 3rd of each month.
Refunds: Refunds will not be made in the event of school closure due to weather or emergency conditions, or for the absence of a child due to illness or vacation. A government-mandated closure or lockdown will result in a prorated refund of fees.

Withdrawals: One month’s notice is requested prior to withdrawal from the program. The last month’s tuition payment received at time of registration will be applied at that time. Unused prepaid fees will be refunded via e-transfer.
